Chocolate Caramel Cookies 
     
            2 1/2 cup flour
            1 teaspoon baking soda
            1/2 teaspoon baking powder
            1/3 cup cocoa
            2 sticks margarine
            1/2 cup brown sugar
            3/4 cup sugar
            2 eggs
            6 ounces chocolate chips
            18 caramels, chopped coarse (about 1 cup)
            3/4 cup chopped pecans
        In a large bowl cream margarine and sugars
        until light and fluffy.  Beat in eggs.  Then add
        dry ingredients.  Stir in chocolate chips,
        caramels, and pecans.  Drop by teaspoonfuls
        on baking sheets.   Lightly grease your cookie
        sheets.  Bake cookies in a 350 degree oven
        10-12 minutes.
